Di hari-H, tim Wedding Factory benar-benar menyenangkan. Mereka sangat profesional, ramah, dan seru diajak kerja bareng. Yang paling terasa, mereka benar-benar niat untuk menangkap momen-momen indah dari hari spesial kami, yang bikin kami nyaman dan enjoy sepanjang sesi foto & video. Proses dari awal booking sampai hari-H juga lancar banget. Tim fotografer dan videografernya top. Hanya saja, di masa delivery, aku sempat agak kecewa dengan komunikasi dari tim admin bagian delivery. Respons dan update-nya cukup lambat, jadi sempat bingung dan khawatir menunggu kepastian, dan ini terjadi beberapa kali. Tapi pada akhirnya, semua foto dan video kami terima sesuai perjanjian dan hasilnya memuaskan. Semoga ke depannya, bagian komunikasi saat proses pengiriman bisa lebih ditingkatkan.
