Orange Wedding Planner

First of all, I want to say that choosing Orange as our wedding planner was the best decision we made for our wedding. We first met Orange through Bridestory in early 2025, and it was an instant connection with Ko Sofyan. Orange gave us thorough consultations and even helped us find a venue that suited us, even before we made any deals. From that moment, we felt that Orange is made up of genuinely kind people who sincerely want to help others realize their dream weddings. The way Orange analyzed our dream wedding wasn't through rigid interviews or by simply offering typical wedding templates. Instead, they had a relaxed chat with us—getting to know our personalities, hobbies, and everything we loved. From there, they were able to come up with a concept, venue, and theme that truly matched our dream wedding. As a couple who are both quite busy with our respective jobs, we felt really helped by Orange Captains (Ko Sofyan & Ko Welly), who consistently followed up with us about our tasks and clear deadlines. They worked with such attention to detail and enthusiasm. Even though we were pretty messy and disorganized, the whole preparation process felt close to perfect and well-structured thanks to Captain Orange, who always pushed us to stay focused and make decisions. There was an unexpected change during our wedding preparations that forced us to move everything up by more than five months. Orange didn't show any panic or fear at all. In fact, it was during this moment that the Orange team gave us strength and ensured we stayed motivated to stick with the dream wedding we had envisioned from the start. On the wedding day itself, everything behind the scenes ran seamlessly. All we had to do was wake up and get ourselves ready—Orange handled the rest. Even our families didn't have to think or exert any effort on the day. We all fully enjoyed the event, thanks to the flawless arrangements by the Orange team. Our guests on the big day came in unexpectedly large numbers, but Captain Orange (Ko Welly) was quick to respond, immediately finding solutions and seeking approval from the decision makers at just the right time. Our family and friends all said this was the best wedding they had attended this year. Felix, our families, and I all truly love our PA, who was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. We'll definitely use Orange again for weddings in our extended family, and we'll 100% recommend Orange's services to all our relatives and close friends. “Stress-free wedding” is the perfect phrase to describe what it's like planning a wedding with Orange.

Despite only 4 months to prepare, Orange ensured our wedding ran incredibly smooth and under control. The teams professionalism on D-1 and D-day was exceptional, handling all issues seamlessly. The dedicated personal assistants for us and our families, are attentive to every detail and extremely supportive. My own personal assistant was a lifesaver, gently reminding me of all the little things I, as a bride, might forget in the excitement. Our family and friends also praised the Orange team for their outstanding support. Highly recommend!

Pertama kali kita ketemu Orange itu di bridestory tahun lalu, udah cari WO lain dan paling cocok sama ko Sofian ngobrolnya enak banget dan langsung sreg & langsung lupain pilihan lain. Dan memang sebelumnya keluarga sudah ada yang pake Orange, Mama aku pun seneng banget dengan PA nya & saat deal langsung request PA mama mau yang ini, dan itu cuman ngomong sekali tahun lalu dan ternyata itu di note loh sama ko Sofian. Hal hal kecil seperti itu pun ternyata di note oleh Ko Sofian. Sepanjang perjalanan juga kita sering contact tengah malem & masih di bales, bahkan H- beberapa hari kita mau nambah pax kita telfon ko Sofian malem malem dan tetep fast respon banget. Kita bener bener ga nyesel wedding kita di handle Orange & kita percayain wedding kita ke Orange. bener bener semua di handle dari A-Z yang kita bahkan ga kepikiran itu harus di lakuin dan kita bener bener cuman go with the flow aja. Hal hal yang kita bingungin kita tanyain dan ko Sofian selalu jawab & bantu . Pokoknya bener bener buat calon bride and groom to be rekomen banget deh buat pake Orange buat wedding kalian.

Dari awal cari WO bingung cari vendor yang bisa all in one, include planner dan organizer, ternyata kita jatoh hati sama orange. selain bisa prepare semua, orange juga bisa kasih masukan, saran dan komunikatif, byk vendor yg kerjasama dgn orange,jadi bkin kita yakin bgt buat mlih orange sbg vendor kita. Utk persiapan kita emg suka lupa dan sibuk, untung orange suka remind apa saja yg hrs dikejer, ngebantu koordinasi antar vendor, pic, dan orang yg terlibat acara merit kita. jelang hari H bner dikejer yg belom dan diurus, termasuk ngelibatkan ortu dan keluarga juga. Dan juga personal assistant yg selama hari H yg mau standby trus dari subuh ampe bner selesai acara (H+1), komunikatif, dan sangat ngebantu bgt kalau kita butuh sesuatu. Semua keluarga yang diassist sama personal assistant puass bgt, dan selama acara pic orange ini bner bkin acaranya luar biasa dengan koordinasinya yg bagus bgt, banyak yg muji acaranya luar biasa dan diluar ekspektasii sampe tanya pake eo apa wkwk,, overall kita puas bgt dengan acara kita yang berjalan lancar bgt, dan big thankss buat ko johni yang udah ngebantu persiapan nya selama setahunn, semoga sukses teruss buat orange yaa

Hi Ko Johni & Orange Team! Jujur, sampai sekarang aku masih speechless kalau inget gimana smooth-nya wedding kita kemarin. Everything felt so perfect, so effortless, dan benar-benar just the way we dreamed it would be. Aku sama Aldo gak akan pernah bisa cukup bilang thank you buat semua kerja keras kalian dari awal sampai akhir. Dari day one, dari nol banget, kalian selalu ada buat kita. Everything was handled flawlessly—no drama, no stress, no hassle, semuanya jalan dengan mulus dan beyond our expectations. Honestly, kalian tuh bukan cuma wedding planner, you guys are lifesavers. Dari cara kalian nge-handle kita berdua, keluarga kita, sampai semua vendor bikin kita feel safe and secure. Aku bisa 100% trust you guys, dan ternyata hasilnya even better than we imagined. And to be honest, aku sadar aku banyak maunya hahaha. This has to be like this, that has to be like that, tiba-tiba ada perubahan last minute, and I know that could've been overwhelming. Tapi kalian never once made us feel like we were being difficult. Kalian selalu sabar, selalu kasih solusi, dan yang paling penting, selalu bikin kita tenang. No matter how crazy things got, kalian selalu nanggepin dengan senyum, dengan kepala dingin, dan dengan we got this energy. That's something I'll never forget. Ko Johni, salute! Massive thank you buat setiap orang di tim ini, both in front and behind the scenes. I know every little thing that looked so effortless was actually the result of so much hard work, coordination, and attention to detail. Dari hal kecil sampai yang besar, semuanya terasa perfectly planned and executed. Kalau bisa ulang waktu, aku akan tetap pilih Orange Team tanpa ragu, because you guys are simply the best. And of course, kalau selama proses ini aku, Aldo, atau keluarga ada salah kata atau sikap, we are truly sorry! We never meant to cause any trouble, and we hope that what stays in your memory are only the good and happy moments. Karena buat kita, yang tersisa di hati cuma rasa syukur dan terima kasih yang gak ada habisnya. Pokoknya makasih banget buat kapten and tim orange🥹✨ Dari awal sampai hari H, mereka super bantuin dan bener-bener ngurangin stres kita berdua. Semua diurusin dengan rapi, di kasih masukkan baiknya bagaimana, kita tinggal jalanin aja. Beberapa hal yang paling bikin seneng: Timnya ramah dan enak diajak ngobrol. Cekatan banget kalo ada masalah, langsung beres tanpa drama, terutama PA di hari H, Bikin kita ngerasa tenang dan enjoy sepanjang acara. Semua detail kecil diperhatiin, jadi gak ada yang miss Bener-bener happy bisa kerja bareng mereka. Kalau ada temen yang lagi nyiapin nikah, wajib banget cobain pakai jasa mereka.
