T&C During Covid-19
1. Reschedule diperbolehkan akan tetapi based on tgl, jam / slot yang tersedia. Apabila MUA awal yang telah dibooked tidak available maka akan digantikan ke MUA lain dan harga disesuaikan sesuai dengan pricelist saat deal. Mohon untuk berdiskusi terlebih dahulu. Jika terjadinya bentrok dikedua jadwal MUA (case: tidak ada diskusi antara Client & MUA), secara otomatis dianggap cancel sepihak oleh Client sesuai prosedur umum, yaitu DP dan jumlah yang telah dibayarkan hangus.
2. Jika hairstylist tidak available di tgl reschedule yang telah dipilih, maka uang DP hairstylist akan ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh pihak Client.
3. Jika terjadi pisah tanggal acara menjadi 2 hari yang berbeda, maka akan dikenakan charge sebagaimana mestinya sesuai dengan T&C dan pricelist yang berlaku karena dihitung dua kali makeup tanpa retouch. (dapat didiskusikan lebih lanjut dengan kami di Whatsapp 08170873708).
4. Cancel by Client maka uang DP tidak dapat dikembalikan dengan alasan apapun.
5. Pastikan kalian sehat tidak ada gejala apapun (batuk kering, demam, dll). Apabila Client pada saat hari h memiliki gejala tersebut maka kami berhak menghentikan layanan makeup & hairdo saat itu.
