    What is your payment terms?
    These are the terms and conditions: 1. A cancellation policy applies. 2. Clients are responsible for any fees incurred during payment transfer. 3. We accept only bank transfers as a form of payment. 4. Any changes, deductions, or cancellations on decoration orders or the number of decorations are not permitted if notice in writing is given less than 30 days before the event date. 5. Any changes or cancellations on graphic design or printing materials are not permitted if notice in writing is given less than 15 days before the event date. 6. Any changes or cancellations on entertainment bookings are not permitted if notice in writing is given less than 60 days before the event date. Any changes to timing or scheduling are subject to availability upon request on a case-by-case basis depending on the vendor's schedule. 7. Any changes or cancellations on photography, videography, or makeup services are not permitted if notice in writing is given less than 180 days before the event date. 8. Clients who book pyrotechnic activities such as fire dance, fireworks, fountain, sparkler, or Fire letter are fully responsible for any accidents or damages to objects, human injury, or property damage. Bliss Events will not be held responsible for any incidents related to this activity. 9. In the event of Covid-related travel restrictions imposed by the Thai government, the wedding can be delayed or postponed until the end of 2023. 10. Our rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).
    How far in advance should your client make a booking?
    Recommended that clients book wedding venue and vendors as early as possible to ensure your preferred dates and services are available. This can range from several months to a year or more in advance. It's also important to keep in mind that certain times of the year, such as peak wedding seasons, may require booking even further in advance to secure desired dates and services.
