What is your payment terms?
50% non-refundable deposit due on signing of a contract. 25% due 3 months before wedding day; contractual balance due Ten days before first event. Additional day-of labor expenses, if required, due along with incurred expenses due within 3 days of delivery.

How far in advance should your client make a booking?
Depending on the location desired, number of guests, wedding date and budget, a year or more is suggested. I have designed & produced weddings in as little as eight days.
