We pride ourselves on our ability to connect with our clients. It is so crucial to us that the couple's personality is totally infused into their event. We love the creative hunt to find those special details that make our client's weddings their own. Weddings are very important and at the center of it all is the marriage between two people and we don't want that to get lost in all of the planning. Aside from keeping it personal, we work to really care for our clients and do as much as we can for them so that they can actually enjoy their engagement and the planning process!
Minimum and maximum number of guests of a wedding you would coordinate
We have no minimum or maximum number of guests! Happy to plan a intimate dinner for 20 or grand affair for 1000!

How many hours are included on the day of the wedding?
As many hours as needed to ensure all elements of your event run smoothly from beginning to end!

How far in advance should your client make a booking?
We typically book Full Service clients about 6 months to a year in advance but will take on any event with any time frame. For Final Month or Day Of we do not book any earlier than 6 months prior.
When was your business established?
Belle of the Ball started in 2001 by the owner, Christine Hoffer who did over 25 weddings alone in her first year of business. Belle of the Ball is one of Houston's premiere wedding and event coordinating groups and steadily growing our company. Now 15 years later there are 8 other coordinators within the company who manage over 100 combined events a year. We each bring a variety of experiences and personality to every event we take on.

What is your payment terms?
50% upon signing of the contract and the remaining 50% due 3 weeks prior to eve the date
