    They Filmed My Grandson's Wedding

    These gals were nothing if not talented, easy to work with, and passionate. They captured every single detail of my grandson’s wedding and gave us the gift of a memory we can cherish and rewatch over and over agin. I have been to several wedding they have worked, and they never fail to amaze me! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
    No Though we prefer to meet up face-to-face for a contract signing, we do offer our clients the chance to sign and email their contract back to us along with digital payment for the booking fee through PayPal.

    How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
    1-2 months depending on length and type of event.

    Having more than 20 years of experience in this industry really sets us apart. We have learned how to connect with our clients and deliver all of the little things that really matter most. Any fresh faced videographer with a fancy new camera can film a wedding ceremony or reception, but it takes a seasoned professional to look beyond the event to capture and create a magical work of art that couples will cherish for years to come. A memory that can be passed down for generations. As an award winning, small business, we pride ourselves in being able to do just that...and with the most affordable rates in town.
    Do you provide raw footage to the client?
    Yes From only our wide shot camera angle and for an additional $45 charge. The client must also provide the hardware large enough to hold the footage.

    Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
    Yes We will provide services for all of the state of Indiana as well as surrounding states.
    What rate do you usually charge at?
    We charge hourly, or per event based on the 100% customizable packages that we offer.
    What payment systems are available for your business?
    PayPal, Cheques, Cash
    Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
    Yes We have two Videographers, as well as a network of other media professionals who can step in if needed.
    How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
    AweSaum Videography is a company composed of two employees. However, we have over 20 years of combined experience in the production industry. We have both spent years doing everything from shooting footage, to editing video and even staring in and producing a nationally aired television series.
    What videography styles do you specialize in?
    Are you available to shoot after hours?
    Yes For an additional charge.
    What is your payment terms?
    At AweSaum Videography we require a $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to save your date. This payment is due at the time of your contract signing. Your remaining balance will be due on the day of your event. If there is a travel fee applied to your bill, that fee is due no later than one week before your event is scheduled to take place as per your contract.
    Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
    Yes We have Broadcast quality cameras and equipment. We also use Adobe’s professional software, Premiere Pro, for our editing services.
    How far in advance should your client contact you?
    The most ideal time for clients to contact us would be a minimum of 6-12 months before their event. However, as long as we still have the availability, we will take bookings up to 2 months before the event.
    What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
    Most of our clients have been able to provide us with the same kind of meal they are serving their guests. However, as long as it is made clear at the time of the signing of the contract, our videographers are capable of providing their own meals and working straight through an event of up to 6 hours. A meal break will need to be added in, and will be discussed at the time of the signing of the contract, for all events that require our videographers for longer than 6 hours.
