How far in advance should your client contact you?
For Event Planning and Coordination, it's best to contact us a 8 to 12 months prior to your wedding. For Prenup and Event Styling, 3 to 6 months prior to your wedding.

Our On-the-Day Planning and Coordination services seems to be like Full Planning and Coordination of other service providers. Why? Because our team believes that support to our Brides and Grooms-to-be shouldn't be limited with a certain number of meetings. We love to start planning ahead of time because this will ensure efficiency and convenience not just in our part as planners and coordinators, but more so on the part of our Clients.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge depending on the needs of our Client. We consult them on how much their working budget is and see what we can do and recommend based on their needs as well as budget.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cheques, Cash
What is your payment terms?
To reserve, PhP 5,000 upon contract signing. The remaining balance is to be settled a month before the wedding. However, we are very flexible! Please feel free to share with us whatever payment terms are most convenient for you. :)

Pumpkeen has been officially launched as an events company May 2015. It was first launched as a crafts store February 2012.
