    Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
    Yes Brides (and Quinceaneras) whishing to shop for their wedding dress will need an appointment. All other clients are accepted as wals ins

    Yes We are a full service event planning company and travel all over the bay area for events.
    How far in advance should your client contact you?
    It depends on the services required by the client, however if they are only shopping for a wedding dress 8-12 months before the wedding would be ideal. This time frame will provide the bride with the most options. The minimum ordering time for a wedding dress is 4 months, not including alterations.
    How long does it take in general for your client to receive the final dress?
    It takes 4 months minimum to receive a wedding from the date ordered. After which we provide in house alterations that can take 2-6 weeks depending on the alteration required.

    What makes Casablanca unique is that we provide everything you need for your wedding under one roof with out sub-contracting. Wedding dress, tuxedos, decorations, catering, photo and video, formal wear, cakes are just a few services we offer. We also provide a fantastic layaway system.

    Yes We provide wedding cakes to match your wedding.

    Open house tastings We offer open house tastings on various dates throught out the year. Please call for schedual.

    A minimum of 30 days is requested for cake orders.

    We rent out everything you need to decorate your cake table.

    Ideally, when will your client receive the flowers?
    Fresh flowers are to be picked up or delivered either the day before, or the day of the event. Silk flowers can be picked up the week of the event and returned the day after.

    Yes We provide delivery to the entire bay area.
    How long will the flower arrangements and or bouquest lasts?
    Our fresh flowers last on average about a week after the event, however we have had reports from customers of up to 1 month.

    Fresh flower arrangements are one of the first services Casablanca started offering 35 years ago. We have an elite team of experienced professionals makeing sure every detail is tended to with care and provision.
    How far in advance should your client contact you?
    As with most of our services we opperate on a first come first serve basis. We have a cap for how much business we can accommodate in a day. Sooner is always better then later, however a comfortable range would be 8-6 months before the event.

    Depending on the total final amount a down payment will be collected, with payments between contact signing and day of event. Full payment is also an option. All fees should be paid one month be for the event.

    On average our tuxedo clients start booking about 3 months before the event. It is possible for us to accecpt clients as late as one week before the event, this is not suggested.

    When booked with proper time the client will receive rental the Wednesday be for the event, and will return the day after.
