What rate do you usually charge at?
Hourly or per Event, depending on which Package picked by the Clients.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
For Wedding & Prewedding, between 3-7 days.
For Family, between 1-3 days.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
For Wedding & Prewedding, within 1 month after Clients approval.
For Family, within 1 week after Clients approval.
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
Yes
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time for a Client to contact us would be 6 months prior to the Wedding.
What makes your services unique?
Every Client is unique and beautiful in their own way, and we always find a way to meet their needs completely without compromising Quality and Artistic points. We also work in any conditions, you name it, would it be bad weather, difficult places, whatever it is we're always ready to face it as long as the Clients are willing and they're in the safest zone.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our Clients provide meals, but our Crews could take care of their own meals as long as it was informed before the photo session.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash
What is your payment terms?
50% non-refundable Deposit to secure the Booking Date, the Remainder must be settled 7 days prior to the photo session.
When was your business established?
Our first Photography business started in 2011 in Bandung, then in 2016 we moved our base to Bali along with millions of Improvements, including more beautiful Style, and way better Management & Services.
