How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?

A gentle glimpse of your day—a sneak peek—will be ready within 2–3 days after your wedding, letting you relive the magic while it’s still fresh in your heart. Your full gallery of beautifully edited moments will follow within 1 month, lovingly curated to let every emotion unfold all over again.

How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?

If no revisions are needed, you’ll be able to relive every cherished memory we’ve captured—delivered to you with love—within approximately one month after your wedding day. A timeless keepsake, ready for you to hold close, forever.

How far in advance should your client contact you?

Ideally, we recommend reaching out to us at least 6-12 months before your big day. This allows us the time to thoughtfully plan every detail, ensuring a seamless and soulful experience—one that lingers beautifully in your memory, long after the last dance.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?

To ensure we’re fully present and energized throughout your special day, we thoughtfully schedule short breaks for meals and rest. We’ll always communicate this with you in advance, and for longer sessions, we kindly ask that light refreshments or a simple lunch be provided for our team—so we can continue capturing your moments with care, heart, and our fullest attention.
