1. We will endeavour to deliver edited files (Photos and videos) as quickly as possible. However this could take up to 6-8 weeks during busy periods or 2-4 weeks during low season.
2. Our prices do not include shipping costs out of Bali to the country or city of origin.

Usually, our client provide meal but our team could take care of their meals as long as it was informed before the D-day

I have been working as a professional wedding photographer since 2009, for wedding videos since 2011,
What is your payment terms?
1. A non-refundable booking fee of US$500.00 will confirm your booking, as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the website. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client's chosen package when calculating the final balance due.
2. Down payment (25% or US $300,00) must be paid in one week after the order date.
3. Payment in full of the remaining balance will be due five weeks before the wedding day.
4. Additional services ordered must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
5. Only accept payments via bank transfer or cash.
6. If the remaining payment has not been received, we have the right not to start taking photos and/or videos.

We offer clients various packages: 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, and 12 hours
How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
Often we will let them follow through the process and we will follow them along the way. but once in a while, we will direct to pose or do some scenes for the video.
