    30% after confirmation of contract, 40% D-14, and 30% D-7.

    25 person
    How far in advance should your client contact you?
    2 month in advance would be great, but if they must, the latest they can contact us is 2-3 weeks before D-day.
    Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
    Yes , it will help us to develop our project but there will be an extra charged for transportation and accommodation.

    We are trying to make every decoration is different,make every decoration specifically with the character and request from our client, then every client have a unique decoration for their event.
    Do you offer consultations?
    Yes , if our client need some spesific budget adjustment, event theme, and specific event decoration, we will do our best to make our client satisfied
    If you have not worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?
    Yes , because we must make sure the place for decoration prepare, then our decoration will be more gorgeous

    Our business start in June 2018. When viewed from the establishment we still a newbie, but all of our crew have a working experience in event organizer and decoration. We do our best to satisfied our client and will make you recommend Kayika Organizer to your friends.
