    Wedding Cake

    Do you provide customary cakes?
    We like to do bespoke cakes as well as desserts for a sweet table or a mini gathering
    Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
    we like to work with what the customer has in mind, then we will give them our thoughts if its feasible or what alternative is better, no two cakes are the same, so we enjoy the challenge, yes we are open to working with what the customer wants if its feasible and suits his theme. Otherwise we will be upfront. Eg a fresh cream cake for a garden party at 12pm is not practical and we will tell the customer honestly.
    What dietary needs do you accomodate?
    Gluten free,  No pork,  Nut free,  Other
    What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
    We like to use the freshest ingredients and we make everything ourselves and a few days before the event so they stay fresh. We also like to incoporate fresh edible flowers in our work.
    What kind of desserts do you cater?
    Cupcakes,  Dessert buffet,  Pastries, savoury bites, seasonal cakes, Cheeze,  Cookies
    On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
    at least 1 1/2 month for a dessert table and two weeks for a simple wedding cake. An intricate cake requires abt a month. Sugarflowers n sugar figurines too a month. But we are always open to a challenge once in a while so sometimes if you missed the time frame just check we may be able to still accomodate.
    What cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter do you rent out?

    What other services do you provide?
    Cake cutting,  Dessert station,  Bonboneries and wedding favors, Flowers and corsages
    How far in advance should your client make an order?
    The earlier the better but if its a really large order at least 6 months for us to check our schedule.
    What makes your product and services unique?
    We bake and decorate our cakes all by ourselves, we dont use any help, sowe have camped in our studio many a times. We also bake the cakes a few days before the delivery date so they keep fresh and moist.
    What payment systems are available for your business?
    Cash, Bank transfer, Cheques
    What is your payment terms?
    50% once you have confirmed everything and for us to block the date and purchase the ingredients. 50% remainder 1 week before the event.
    When was your business established?
    2014 December we used to work from home and rented studios, then we finally got our own space in December 2018 in Kovan.
    Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
    if the client is willing to pay a minimalfee we can bake a few different things

    Maybe we are fussy but it's what pushes us.. On any day, the drapes to our studio are pulled and the sound of pans & rolling breaking thru the air. We are more of introverts that we are.. Our emphasis is quality before quantity. A perfect marriage of two like-minded bakers and cake decorators, a similar formula we partake when we teach. We deliver all our cakes ourselves as we leave nothing to chance, so likewise we will bake, decorate ourselves too. Rustic nature fresh flowers that's us..
