    Helping hand u never knew you need

    Having Alvin and Anasthasia at your wedding is a must! They'll do their best to accommodate your every need, and they would pick the best crew to suit your family's personality. We had them for our two-day destination wedding, and they slayed it. No complain from guests, everyone had a great time, and I had all the help I needed. My mom in law is one of the pickiest persons ever, but even she was impressed. My sister in law was getting skinnier so her dress was too big, one of the crew took out her sewing kit and -viola- everything was back to being perfect. So thank you Vinz Production. I wish you guys a wonderful career ahead. To all brides-to-be out there, even if you think you don't need a great WO because you've handled everything, I guarantee you, you still need Vinz Production.     We offer full services wedding planning from budgeting, searching & selecting vendors, managing the requirement of each vendor, create schedule to meet-up with vendors, create event rundown, preparing the props for the day, arrange technical meeting / rehearsal, organize the big day.
    Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
    yes we have experienced organize events with a variety of religions, ranging from Christian, Catholic, Muslim to Buddhist / Confucian
    What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past? Min? Max?
    We have an experienced set of wedding ranging from 100 to more than 2000 people, with our portfolio of 200 events from 2008- till 2015.
    How many weddings do you plan a year?
    About 50 events a year. start from mid 2008
    Do you plan weddings internationally?
    we were focused organize events in Indonesia. but organize events outside of Indonesia, is an exciting challenge for us
    How soon should I book your services?
    because our standard of service, just managed 2 events [maximum] a day. we suggest a booking started 6-9 months before the big day
