    Invitations

    Do you provide catalog or custom products?
    Custom-made We will come up with a design to suit your wedding theme / look and feel,  Catalog/ off-the-shelf or we can re-create an existing design to suit your needs
    What services do you include in your package?
    Design Design fee is applicable for any new design that we customise for you,  Printing and we will only print work / designs by Tinytype
    Is there a minimum order requirement?
    Yes we will only consider orders 3 months minimum before date of event
    Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
    Yes we are able to ship internationally if client is willing to bear the shipping costs
    Do you provide delivery services for the invitations?
    No we prefer / advise clients to pick up from our studio, or arrange for dispatch services

    Yes
    What other services do you offer?
    Printing service,  Thank you cards,  Menu,  Cards,  Posters,  Other Bridesmaids / Groomsmen "Proposal" Cards
    Do you use any special technology or technique?
    Foil,  Others - Emboss / Deboss, Die-Cut
    What design styles do you specialize in?
    Formal, modern, minimalist, clean, fuss-free, we prefer to focus on typography / arrangements rather than floral motifs. We work best with black & white, with tasteful hints of gold or silver foil.
    What is your average turnaround time, from initial consultation to shipment?
    Initial consultation + design process back & forth - 1 month, printing turnaround time - 1 to 2 weeks
    How far in advance should your client make an order?
    We require a minimum of 3 months. The sooner the better! :)
    What makes your services unique?
    Our forte is making designs that are minimal and clean look strong and appealing, we prefer to focus on legibility and readability to extract information. We love to keep things simple and chic with black & white - but we definitely love blush tones and soft blues too! We use colours, albeit sparingly :)
    What payment systems are available for your business?
    Bank transfer, Cheques, Cash
    What is your payment terms?
    Design fee to be paid in full to confirm order / booking slot, 50% of total printing fee to be paid after confirmation of design

    Part-time from 2013 - 2015, full-time since June 2015.
