    Event Rentals

    Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?
    We offer delivery and pick up service (setup as add-on cost)
    What items are available for rental?
    How far in advance should your client make a booking?
    We recommend you make an inquiry as soon as possible to ensure your items are available. Placing a deposit will secure the items for your event. You can still place order 48 hours to event in which case 100% of the invoice will be required to book.
    What payment systems are available for your business?
    Bank transfer, PayPal
    What is your payment terms?
    • Prices are inclusive of tax and service charges • Prices do not include set-up cost at venue event • Prices are based on a rental basis only • 30% deposit of total invoice is required to confirm your booking • Balance of remaining payment is required seven days prior to the event date • The customer is responsible for any bank fees that transfer of money may incur • This invoice includes a refundable 30% damage deposit • Any loss or breakage of the rental items will be deducted from the damage deposit • If the cost of damage exceeds the damage deposit, it will be charged to the customer THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT The damage deposit is 30% of the cost of items being rented and is required as a guarantee in case of loss, breakage or irreparable damage. Should there be no loss, breakage or irreparable damage, the full amount of the damage deposit will be returned to you after thorough checking at the warehouse. Refund of the damage deposit will take place 48-72 hours after pick-up of items. Fabrics

    We do provide styling and/or set-up services
    On photo booth hire, are prints included with your rental rates?
    We are not photo booth hire.

    What rate do you usually charge at?
    We require a minimum order of IDR 2,000,000 for any one booking
