How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?

Our team work together in sync upon directing during photoshoot and videoshoot so that the client will feel comfortable yet satisfied.

What rate do you usually charge at?

The charge depends on the service we provide

How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?

At a normal pace, the preview will be ready around 2-4 weeks after the event.

How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?

Depends on the deal at the beginning with the clients. But the client should not receive their final product more than 3 months should there be no force majeure.

How far in advance should your client contact you?

To get the best response and services, we advise our client to contact us no less than 6 months before the event.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?

We would be very grateful if our client could provide a meal break for our team.

What payment systems are available for your business?

Bank transfer

What is your payment terms?

We usually do 10% payment at the beginning of the contract, 40% on 2 weeks before event, and the last 50% upon collecting the final product. But we really appreciate if the client could make the full payment before the event.

We just start our business seriously on late 2015, before that we only do the job upon client which is our close relative only. And now, seeing the growth of the potential in this business, we want to take it to the next level, more professional services.

How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?

We usually tell them what moment we want to capture and let them do whatever they want and try to be less directive as we can, because we want natural poses or act for the footage.

Usually we charge per event

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?

After full editing, the client will get it no more than 3 months.

How far in advance should your client contact you?

For better services, we reccomend to contact us at least 6 months before the event.

How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?

We will adjust the number of people involved in our team, i.e., it will consist of 4 people per event for small to medium wedding
