What is your payment terms?
Down payment minimum 50% is required to secure the date.
There are no refunds on paid down payment regarding any reasons, and can't be switched to another client or exchanged to other services.
Down payment is considered forfeited, if the client cancel the date that has been booked or replaced to another date.
Final payment is D-7 before the day.
