Reliable Photographer
For us, projecting our big day is very serious business so we really do care every detail. Most of the times, our concept and vendors could be differ. However, the most important aspect is how vendor can grab our pieces of ideas and turn it into reality. At the beginning, we found some differences as client and vendor. But JC Art House Team, especially the "Boss", Susi Jasmine, really really great in getting what we want and execute it very well also! They can accommodate what we want to have :). She is eager to discuss and find out our ideas. So for the next bride-groom-to-be, just discuss of what you want, and JC ART HOUSE could turn them into reality :). We're also having plan to have them as our big day's documentation team... Thank you so much for giving us a great pre wedding photos :)

Photography
What do your packages include?
For pre wedding package, it includes all items except accommodation : gown, make up, hair do, properties, album, canvas, mini gallery
Do you work overseas?
We have pictures taken at Singapore (regularly once in 3 months), Hongkong, Macau, Australia, and start to learn in Japan, Korea and China
How soon after the event are the proof ready for viewing?
CD photo all shoots will be sent latest 1 week after the day
When will the client get the final album?
latest 1 month after receiving the chosen pictures, we will email the design for evaluation, and you will receive the album latest 1 month after final confirmation design.
For Video approval, will be sent latest 6 weeks after receiving the songs.
Do you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
we give all low resolution photo files and high resolution chosen pictures and designed.
For video, the raw will be copied to client's external hard disk

Albums, Custom graphic design, Digital files, Hi-Res image, Matted prints, Prints, Custom album design, Proof CD of all images

we make a creation as client's inquiries (customized) and we give opportunities to discuss and revise the result until clients feeling happy with it.
we always come early and go back late, just to make sure client has finished the event.

it is better to have meal (lunch) prepared by client, to avoid crew going out and looking for it themselves, just in case the event take place at premium or exclusive location, crews will go a bit far and take times

we always be ready once we decide to take the project
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
on the wedding day, it is better for client to prepare the crew's lunch and dinner so the crews will not go anywhere to look for it themselves which definitely high risk especially once the party is taken place at a specific or special place
Do you charge overtime? If yes, how much per hour
We start from 6AM - finish (usually 10PM)
since crews work for 16 hours that day, additional time will be done by additional crews with additional charges.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
yes as long as client send an external hard disk for copying the file
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
for video, it is more difficult to do. But we give 2 opportunities to client for evaluating and checking the final video.
