    Excellent coordinator

    We used Icona Elements for “on the day” coordination. They went out of their way to meet with us before to plan everything, and really helped to make sure things went smoothly on the day. I highly recommend them.

    Certified Icona Couple

    Once Ge and I got engaged, I immediately scouted for the best yet affordable wedding coordinator in the Philippine Wedding Industry and which was still available for our “hot date" (1.9.19) The criteria to be met are: reputable, efficient and well-experienced with wedding coordination. Through Bridestory, we narrowed down our options to three. I began to stalk the FB page, instagram and website (if there was one) of these three coordinators to see their work and read feedback about them from their former clients. During this time, we were intent on getting a Full Coordinator since we're literally clueless about what we are going to do with our wedding planning. Within the first month of our engagement, I scheduled a meeting with these 3 coordinators to get to know each other and to see if we would have a this-is-it-feeling with any one of them. Just like how we conversed with our other suppliers, we felt that Ayen, the head coordinator of Icona Elements, was the one that we were looking for. She was a person full of contrasts and I like that because that means she is never boring. At the start of our meeting, I felt that she was indeed the one in-charge yet very respectful of us; she was articulate in explaining details yet attentive to her client; and she possessed a positive aura that was calming to the nerves of a certified OC (me!) So without missing a heartbeat, Ge and I made our deposit of 10K to secure our date. From that time on, Ayen and I would constantly chat on Facebook or exchange text messages whenever necessary (like every hour!) with regards to our wedding planning and during this span of time, I would always ask her for supplier recommendations, supplier feedback, her team's past working experiences with a specific supplier, etc. We both agreed indefinitely- small things count. After booking them, Ayen then went on to give us her concept deck. I said that I wanted lights, lots of lights-sparkling, glittery, shining lights, on my wedding. And she said, "let's try The Northern Lights." And that was my light bulb moment. Yes, we're doing The Northern Lights, high five! During our monthly meeting, our supposed 1-hour meeting would almost always turn into 2 hours of non-stop chatting and from that, we felt we shared the same sentiment of being organized with everything which of course was something that we initially expected from her. On our big day, the team arrived at exactly 9 am as per schedule and the bridal assistant assigned to me was Ms. Jo, who was a bubbly young woman. As soon as they arrived, the team immediately went to work and while I was sitting in my HMUA's chair, Jo constantly updated me of our suppliers' and entourage whereabouts. Inside my bridal preps room, it was also Jo who would be asking me about things that needed to be sorted out like that friend who was late for our pre-wedding shoot, hotel food mishap, "sniper" shot at the grand staircase of Manila Pen, etc. Jo never left my side just like with Donna, the groom's assistant. During our post-nup, it was Jo again who was still with us, assisting us in our needs while giving us both candies and water to drink. Up until we reached the reception venue which we were late for because we got lost on our way, she never left our side. From the look on her face, she seemed to be under a lot of stress but somehow she still looked bubbly and would even crack jokes at times. I was only able to see Ayen again when I was inside the car while waiting for my bridal entrance, informing me that my request for walking-on-a- green-carpet at the church wasn't happening because the supplier was stuck in traffic for 3 hours! That was somehow unacceptable, I think, but what can I do at that time, right? As far as I can remember, the whole ceremony went smoothly since we've never heard any bad feedback from our guests, except that the offertory was cancelled because there were not enough gifts for the three priests that celebrated our wedding. The whole reception went well and afterwards, Ayen scheduled a post-wedding meeting to have a final turnover. The transaction was all smooth and we all received the receipts for the payables incurred on our wedding day. With our experience working with Icona Elements, even with the small unlikely issues that occurred, I now know why they are a trusted partner of Digital Events.ph. It was really a great experience working with #teamicona.

    Gette: ayen i want this Ayen: YES! Mark: ayen put some of these Ayen: YES! I can go on and on and on about all the ‘maarte’ details me and mark would want to incorporate into our wedding. And ayen always says YES!!!!!!!! (With gusto and excitement, of course). I don’t know if she thought we were crazy or weird cause of all the ideas that we would want her to execute. Hahahahahahaa!!! But boy, she is GAME!!! ICONA ELEMENTS, ayen in particular made all of the impossible, doable and in fact exceeded our expectations. Our “bad ass” wedding (according to her) made our new chapter as Mr. and Mrs. Abelgas more meaningful and full of love because team ayen. THANK YOU, ICONA!!!

    Military Pilot Wedding

    Being a military couple, both Jiaan and I thought that we would have a difficult time finding a civilian coordinator who could deliver all our demands for our military wedding. Of course, there were traditions and protocols to consider. But when we found ate Ayen of Icona Elements Inc. in a bridal fair last November 2017, I immediately told Ji to book them... it was a gamble for us to choose them because we really didn't know if they could handle the intricate preparation for our wedding... Every now and then ate Ayen and her team followed us up since we were both busy. In fact, during our preparations, Ji and I were undergoing schooling. The Icona team didn't fail us...we made the right choice! It was not a perfect wedding...but that day, Icona Elements gave us the best wedding we could have. From the set-up, food, venue, photo/video and program, the team shared their effort and expertise to make our day extra special. I enjoyed that day without feeling stressed

    We usually send the photos for review and selection minimum 7 days or maximum 12 days.
