    We can work with our clients schedule. However, it would be ideal to contact us 2 months before the wedding so we have enough time to discuss and understand your needs and also produce a garment that is to your expectation. We can provide Home Consultation Service by prior appointment
    How long in general does it take for your client to get the final attire?
    We pride ourselves in our ability to work accurately under a short time span. Hence, the final item can be delivered to our client within 4-6 weeks depending on the initial fitting. Should the initial fitting only require minor adjustments, we can have it ready within 4 weeks.
    Is there any limits to your alteartion services?
    Yes, there is a limit to our alteration services. We generally require only 1-2 fitting sessions to get the attire ready. However, should the client not feel satisfied, we can still alter the attire with a small fee.

    We pride ourselves in providing a personalized service to all our clients. We always try to work within our clients budget and still deliver with the same quality and service to the satisfaction of our clients. Ultimately, their full satisfaction is our sole objective. We can work under a shorter time frame, typically 4-6 weeks as opposed to 2-3 months. We understand that planning a wedding can get chaotic. Therefore, we can work with our clients to their convenience and get it right the first time. We also provide Home Consultation Service upon request and availability.

    50% deposit upon material and design confirmation. 50% Balance before delivery of the attire.
    When was your business established?
    Our business was established in the early-mid 1900's in Surabaya. Since then, we have moved to make our base in Jakarta, Indonesia. We have serviced a long list of prominent clienteles from government officials and the entertainment industry.
