Within this first year of excellent operation from our beloved Meatguy Steakhouse, we got a lot of requests from our beloved customers to
bring the Delightful Experience to their homes. Our exclusively designed service to cater your special events.
Where the fire was burning, bringing in the next phase of outside catering.
General T&C
-All prices above are in Indonesian Rupiahs
-Price include 10% tax & 8% Services
-By submitting the booking request, our customer agreed to pay all fees as specified below:
Down Payment: IDR 5.000.000 to save the date.
-Final Payment: Remaining fee + accommodation fee 3 days before event date.
-In the event of a customer cancellation, Griilz by Meatguy Steakhouse is entitled to retain the Down Payment, and no refunds will be issued.
-Meatguy Steakhouse should be informed regarding the venue specifications including tools availability, location, fixture & equipment.
-A site visit to the event venue is required to conduct prior to the event to ensure the smoothness of operational flow and quality of meals that we deliver.
-If our customer cannot complete the booking due to force majeure such as, volcanic activity, fire strike, flood, earthquake, riots, war, acts of terrorism, government actions or any other types of natural disaster, booking date can be rescheduled up to 3 times without any extra charge.
-If our customers have any food allergies/ restrictions, kindly inform our team in advance.
-Meatguy Steakhouse team is not responsible for any damage that is not caused by our serving process.
-Meatguy Steakhouse only accommodate the number of pax and type of service according to the one agreed on confirmation letter, unexpected modifications made during the event will be levied a nominal fee to offset the additional expenses incurred including:
1.Additional Pax
2.Modification of menu serving size to accommodate unexpected number of event attendance
3.Type of Food Service
4.Changes of service hour
Any modifications during the event can only be approved by the sales representative. Event representatives are not authorised to deliver direct order to operational teams before liaising with sales representative.
