One thing that makes a wedding perfect is when it greatly characterizes the couple. Like this wedding, the bride had chosen to do most of her wedding details by herself. Despite the unexpected occurrences during the preparation, their wedding turned out to be lovely and wonderful. And what made it perfect is the friendly ambience felt throughout the celebration, which deeply symbolized on how the bride and the groom like to spend time with their friends and family. Dave and Danielle had thought through their wedding details well — their stunning decoration is stunning, the use of walnut chairs, the bohemian-looking prints on the menu, and the peach colored bridesmaid's dress had represented their rustic boho-chic wedding concept the couple wanted. Lastly, to ensure the relaxed and fun wedding atmosphere, they provided a giant Jenga game with and some picnic blankets on the grass to let their guests enjoy the amazing wedding day.
A few words from the blushing bride:
The most important thing about the wedding was that it represented Dave and I and how we like to spend time with our friends and family. We wanted the atmosphere to be relaxed but fun. We made sure that the decorative materials we had made were something that we made and represents our style. From the start of the wedding I wanted it to be vintage looking however as the planning continued, I started to go a bit more rustic and bohemian looking. One of my favorite parts is the outdoor activities. The guests loved the giant Jenga I put outside and it was such a hit! We also had furniture on the grass for guests to relax and wheelbarrows around the area filled with water. I'm glad I went the DIY route for the wedding, because it really represents me and Dave.
