Looking through the wedding album of Samantha and Andrew, we can easily say that their day unfolded as naturally as ever. The two greeted their awaiting guests hand in hand and read aloud their vows in a beautiful garden. You really can't miss to see Andrew's tender loving eyes as he stated his lifelong promise and Samantha looked extremely fine in a vintage dress and flower crown. After sealing the vows with a kiss, the fun wedding celebration began.
The couple, helped by Sam's parents, had a tea ceremony set out for the guests. They even went the extra mile to personally serve tea to their guests. Sam and Andrew then took pictures as husband and wife in the beautiful green shades while their guests had some time to unwind and play cricket. What followed next is the dinner and dancing. The guests seemed to have a good time that they stayed out all night dancing with the couple. Take a look at the wedding photos below and read the interesting story from the photographer below.
Some words from the photographer:
Samantha and Andrew work in the renewable energy industry and at the time of the wedding they were living in South Africa. They traveled back to Canberra to celebrate their wedding with family and friends and chose a beautiful country setting they felt represented the type of people they are, but one that also didn't have a curfew so they could party hard long into the night! Their wedding was very personalized and low key. But super fun! Samantha and Andrew stayed at the homestead together with their friends, they got ready together and then they walked hand in hand down the aisle together to greet their guests for their ceremony. Sam and Andrew had actually already signed all their paperwork to officially get married the day before the wedding (calling it "the paperwork day") and opted not to have a celebrant officiate their wedding, but make their vows in the presence of their family and friends themselves instead. During their reception there was no cake cutting or bouquet toss, it was a relaxed buffet style dinner with lots of fun and amazing swing dancing. They partied hard into the night!
