A Dreamy Outdoor Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot in Yogyakarta

Today's lovely couple had been best friends since high school. They even stayed in touch when Arvin went to study in Brisbane, Australia while Sandy stayed in Indonesia. Finally, after eight years of friendship, they decided to take their relationship further. "Arvin had saved a lot of money to buy me a diamond ring, which he used to propose to me. It had never crossed my mind that he could do such a romantic thing," reminisced Sandy.

The pair had a simple concept in mind for their pre-wedding album, with natural settings, clothing, and makeup. "We both adore white and pastel colors. So when people told us to wear colorful attires, we chose white ones instead," explained Sandy. Luckily, they found the right photographer who could realize their vision beautifully.

"It was really hard to find a photographer like Dikha Dheansa. He's so friendly and charming, yet humble and kindhearted," Sandy enthused. "During our photo shoot, he arranged every detail carefully and made the entire session feel really fun. Moreover, our tastes and styles matched perfectly" she continued.

Together, they headed to a serene spot by the beach, south of Yogyakarta. "It was actually quite challenging. We had to stay calm as big waves crashed into the big rock we stood upon. We also had to walk quite far just to capture the beautiful views," recalled Sandy. But in the end, everything paid off. Sandy and Arvin's heartfelt expressions, the breathtaking scenery, and Dikha's muted tones melded together to create an ethereal engagement album.
