Started freelance photography/videography and volunteering in NGO since 7 years ago, until 2018, Zoro Production is found with professional partners.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our client provides meal but our videographers could take care of their own meals as long as it was informed before D-day.

What is your payment terms?
30% after confirmation of contract, and 70% upon the final delivery
How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
For the actual day weddings, we usually do not direct our clients during the D-day too much, as we value the enjoyment of the big day of the couple very much. Often we just let them follow through the procession and we stay alert all time to capture their precious candids as much as possible.
