    What is your average turnaround time, from initial consultation to shipment?
    5-7 weeks, depending on the order quantity, complexity of design, and level of customisation.
    How far in advance should your client make an order?
    1 month in advance is doable. 3 months in advance would be great.
    What makes your services unique?
    We believe that every card should be a reflection of the person sending it. That is why our invitations can be either completely or semi-customisable. We work very closely with you to make sure each design is tailored to the finest details. Personalise your text, choose your own colours and fonts, send your own photos, and pick patterns to make something uniquely yours. Or repurpose one of our designs for your special event. We'll go above and beyond to ensure that you are in love with your invitations when they are finished. We also offer FREE samples for clients to see and feel our quality in person.

    What is your payment terms?
    25% as initial downpayment after confirmation of total quote and design, then the remainder after the final artwork has been approved.
