PLANNER : - Consultation with clients to discuss wedding planning according to client’s budget - Scheduling meetings to tour suitable wedding venues and Vendors such as decoration, photographers, caterers, etc. - Conferring with clients to discuss wedding details including venue options as well as entertainment, food and decoration - preferences. - Negotiation contracts with selected vendors and making payments as required - Ensuring that all wedding necessities will be finished on the right time - Arranging for necessary wedding supplies & equipment to be transported for the wedding in a timely manner - Providing rundown detail for all day activities during the wedding day - Monitoring all wedding-day activities to ensure that everything runs smoothly - Providing a dedicated wedding assistance for a smooth preparation and one-way communication - Arranging schedule for food tasting and assisting client in forecasting food and guest quantity - Providing Wedding Organizer services on the day (refer to the details on Wedding Organizer page) ORGANIZER SERVICE - Full day Service (up to 12 Professional crews) - Assist on the detail preparation with selected vendors - Time Keeper on every procession on D-day - Vendor Reference on any needs - Provide a whole-set detail of rundown - Set up Technical meeting with all involved vendors - Provide experienced assistants for B&G, Groom’s family and Bride’s family - In charge for The Matrimony on the day - In charge for the whole Tea Ceremony in International way (Bahasa – English) - Provide MC and Tea set along with Treasure bag for Tea ceremony - Provide any amenities for Morning procession and Matrimony (e.g: Shuang Xi, ring box, angpao box, simple room decoration, etc) - Help to prepare any necessities needed for occasion such as (Makan Onde, Makan Misua, etc) with cost borne by the customer (reimburse system) Fully in charged on the Wedding program on the Reception - Service is covered for up to 400 guests on Standing PRICE : -start from Rp 28,000,000 - Rp 30,000,000,-
