Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Yes It is recommended that we meet 6 months prior to your actual day wedding if you are interested in our services.
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
Yes We are open to any place, depending, of course, on our availability.
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
Yes However, we strive to keep ourselves committed to a wedding date to the very end.
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes All processed wedding images that meet our quality standards will be sent to you.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
Yes Please let us know in advance.
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We believe in setting the couple in a context appropriate to who they are, i.e, a place and mood that resonates with their experience together. While we will offer some directions to evoke an artistic look in the image, the couple is encouraged to freely express themselves in ways they feel are natural about them.
What rate do you usually charge at?
For starters, it is $1,500 for a half-day actual wedding day shoot. Please contact us for our full-day rates.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Proof can be made ready in a week after the event upon request.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
It will take 4-5 weeks for all processed images to be delivered to you.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
6 months. We could still accommodate bookings past this length of time, but that will depend on our availability.
What makes your services unique?
We seek to keep wedding photography authentic and reflective of the positive moments experienced on the day itself. Importantly, we believe excellent service is not just focused on what happens during the event but the period before and after it.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
For a full-day actual wedding day shoot, meal provision is required.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer, Cheques
What is your payment terms?
50% advance payment to secure booking 3 months prior to the actual day of the shoot. The other 50% should be paid in 24 hours after the shoot.
