When was your business established?
We started back in 1997! We were one of the very first ever invitation stores in Ontario specializing in custom and handmade invitations. We were certainly the first designers to offer pocket style invitations.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
One to two months ahead of mailing time which ideally is two months prior to the wedding date or if the wedding is in the summer time, three to four months ahead.

What is your payment terms?
We charge $30.00 for the sample invitation to be produced. When an order is confirmed the deposit is 50% of the total. Once the order is completed the balance of 50% is paid.
What is your average turnaround time, from initial consultation to shipment?
Samples take approximately a week and production which is done in-house is usually a maximum of two to three weeks.
