When was your business established?
Nooma Gelato started operating as a cafe in 2019. Started on 2024, Nooma Gelato started to serve events including wedding, birthday party, and other personal events of our clients.

Premium Gelato made of real ingredients (i.e. Belgian Chocolate flavor is really made from Belgian Chocolate), free from preservative, made of real materials.

Minimum and maximum number of order
1 cup for gelato in a closed cup; or 4 pan for gelato served by waiter
Can your menu be adapted to or modified?
We are able to customize the size of the serving based on client preference.
Do you provide tastings?
Tastings are available upon request
Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
Waiter will be provided for gelato in a pan. The waiter will scoop and serve the gelato portion by portion to the guests
Do you provide delivery services?
Free delivery service for Jakarta, Tangerang and its surrounding, with some minimum order to meet
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
Jakarta, Tangerang, Bogor, Bekasi, and Depok
What makes your services unique?
Our gelato is made of real ingredients which give very rich and original flavor of the ingredients. We are not using paste and sweetener. For example, Belgian Chocolate flavor is really made of Belgian Chocolate instead of Chocolate paste.
We are very confident with our flavor compared to other brands.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
3 months in advance will be great. But 1 month in advance will also do.
Gelato production leadtime is not a problem as we produce our own Gelato.
We are just afraid that last minute booking might result in unavailability (booked by other client).
So, please book much in advance!
What is your payment terms?
50% downpayment upon ordering; 50% at 1 month prior to the event date.
