What is your average turnaround time, from initial consultation to shipment?
4-6 weeks from designing to printing

What is your payment terms?
Payment is done in 3 steps:
1st 20% Artwork Drafting
2nd 30% Printing
3rd 50% Delivery
1st payment is done when making order. We will draft the artwork and share it to you via email for amendment and confirmation. Carefully check the artwork before you confirm it, any changes made after the artwork is confirmed cannot be done.
2nd payment is done when the artwork is confirmed and we will proceed with printing. Printing process will take about 7 working days.
3rd payment is done when the goods is finished & ready to be handed to you. Please pay the remaining balance before we send you the goods
