When was your business established?
My business was officially launched in Oct 2013 and prior to this, I invested in a lot of training, mentoring and second shooting for some of the leading photographers in the UK wedding industry.
What do your services cover?
Wedding day coverage
Are you available to shoot after hours?
Yes Absolutely! Your day is all about you as a couple and within my collections I am there to capture all of the key moments that truly reflect you as a couple. If you would like me to stay much later or for more than 10 hours, there is an hourly charge.
What makes your services unique?
In short, it's me! My background is one of VIP event planning, and I am extremely customer focused. This is why I only photograph 25 weddings a year - to ensure all of my couples get the same care and attention. I celebrated five years of marriage in November and I know what a blessing it can be! I not only love photographing weddings, but I love marriage even more! I would love to hear more about your wedding to see if we're a good fit for each other.
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
Yes I'm UK based but regularly travel further afield to capture weddings. All destinations considered.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Whilst you are on honeymoon I hand edit each of your photographs to deliver to you an online shareable gallery. I aim to deliver this to you within four - six weeks of your wedding. I do however also provide you with a sneak peak of select images on Facebook the day afterwards and a short blog post within two weeks of your wedding.
What is your payment terms?
To reserve your date with me there is a payment of a £350 non-refundable booking fee and then the balance of the payment is made 90 days before your wedding and then 30 days beforehand.
What photography styles do you specialize in? (max.3)
Natural, Classic, Destinations
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes I provide all the personally edited high res digital jpegs to you on a bespoke USB. This is important as a CD can corrupt over time but a USB won't!
Please list, if any, your business' past achievements and awards
I have won several awards from The Professional Guild of Photographers
Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Yes Please contact me if you would like to check my availability for your wedding day. I would love to hear from you!
What rate do you usually charge at?
The biggest investment you are making for your wedding photography with me is my time. Both in advance, on the day and then in the bespoke editing of your imagery afterwards. My collections start at £1,850 for 10 hours coverage with both myself and a second photographer.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash
What photography styles do you usually offer?
Candid, Natural, Classic, Vintage, Destinations
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
Yes I usually work with a second shooter from The Guild of Photographers, of which I'm a member myself. I also network extensively with fellow photographers so always have a back up if need be both in terms of camera equipment and personnel.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The ideal time to contact me is as soon as possible as my calendar gets really busy and I don't like to disappoint my ideal bride to be! As a rule of thumb though, six to 12 months is good but I also accommodate clients
What is your speciality?
Wedding day coverage
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I'm very much about your photographs looking as natural as possible - so whilst there's a little bit of direction, it's more do that you look as fabulous as possible! I also step right back and capture you interacting with each other. Many of my couples love the natural look of my imagery. It's very relaxed.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually my clients provide me with a hot meal if I'm with them for more than five hours. Other than that I am on the go and able to capture your event as the day ynfolds
