What is your average turnaround time, from initial consultation to shipment?
Entire process takes about 3 weeks. After consultation and discussion and on confirmation to engage our services, design drafts will be prepared within 3 days. Will liaise with client on any amendment. Upon confirmation of design and green light to print, we will process to print. Printing takes about 10 working days or less, depending on print queue.
How far in advance should your client make an order?
3 months in advance is the best. If it is very last minute

Upon confirmation to engage our services, we will open our official company invoice. Half payment is required first, balance on delivery or collection of items. Full payment required for small orders below $100.
