Very irresponsible company
I am writing to lodge a complaint to the Hong Kong quarter of your company, Korean Artiz Studio. As the contract stated, the shooting service would be provided from 1pm on 31/8/2019. However, a message of postponement on 29/8/2019 at 16:55 pm was received through WhatsApp without immediate information of change of date in a very rude and irresponsible manner.
As an experienced and professional worldwide company , I bet you can fully understand how much expectation and preparation a couple has done. I feel cheated for the response your staff have made and their attitude to deal with the matters concerned. The disappointing services have ruined the whole wedding mood which many couples would not choose to experience and I believe promise is far more important than other qualities your companies staff seem to overlook.
I truly feel disappointed with the arrangement and would like to ask for a full refund and compensation. I hope no more couples would suffer from your outrageous staff and poor services anymore.
If you ever heard about “the horror” of pre-wedding photo shoot but still trying to look for “horror-free” studio, Artiz Studio would be highly recommended.
From gown selection, make up, hairdo and the process of photo shoot, each of the staff who provided these services are very professional.
Korean photographer Sally even told us to inform her if we felt not comfortable with any pose she advised, but it definitely did not happen😂
We are definitely new for photo-shooting but their professional service and patience really make our day!!!!!
