We tailored made a gown 9 months befoe our wedding and at the 3rd month, we went to see our first cut but it was not done at all. The owner Vjorn Cheang said that they are having some internal problem with their designer, and promised that it will be ready in time based on the design I wanted. Based on goodwill, we decided to trust them. However, the next trial was a big disappointment, basically the measurement is all wrong. My wife can't even bend down with the gown as it is too tight and it was not done according to the design that we want. The new designer -Chewit balmed everything on the old designer and said that he rectified the gown according to our soecs. Again, we are being stupid to trust them again, after all the delay, just the day before my wedding photoshoot, we went and see the gown, this time round it is worst than the previous version -1st still cannot sit down or bend down with the gown. 2nd it is a totally different design than what we wanted. This time round they blame that this design is deemed to be tight and it is a design problem. Can you imagine this happened one day before your once a lifetime wedding shoot? I called Vjorn and demanded a refund as I have paid in full for the gown. Initially he agreed to refund in full so I accepted and leave their premise to borrow other gown for my wedding from other bridal shop. However, after a month of avoiding my calls and texts, Vjorn said they will refund 50% as we musy respect the gown that has already been made. CAN YOU IMAGINE A BRIDAL HOUSE SAYING THAT? They failed to delivered the gown according to specs and didn't deliver it in time. Basically, you can't wear the gown coz it is too tight and with a lousy design, then they asked you to respect it? My RM2K is down the drain and I need to last min borrow gown for wedding shoot and find another designer to tailor made a new gown which the new bridal house managed to tailor made the gown based on our specs at a cheaper price and yet able to sit down with it. My advise is NOT to visit this bridal house at all if you don't want your once in a lifetime wedding event being a nigjtmare.

Do not rely your gown on this company!
I just noticed the previous review was made-by one of the partner. It is with regret to engage the studio. The lack of professionalism has lead you to change your promised designer - Jinn Wu (she is no longer with the company) for my dress with no notice and total disregard to your client. Keep insisting that you are working with a 'company' and not a designer To make it worse, expecting me to continue working with your company when you make such changes, on top of that the total insensitivity to my situation. I won't be making any appointments because I have already made measurements before and you are supposed to have all the information needed. You lack of organisation in the company have proven your team's incapabilities. Do not think I can further trust this company anymore. Do note that at no point on your "agreement" there is anything stated that the deposit is non refundable. I should pursue this matter. But I will not waste my time since your company is not being professional about this either. You might want to work on that in future. Thank you for your time and no thank you for the disappointment from your firm.
