Do you offer trials and consultations? If yes, do you charge for trial?
I am happy to accommodate you for your wedding trial hair and makeup infact I would strongly recommend a trial prior to the wedding day to ensure everything is in order to create your desired look.
In some cases you may want to bring photographic references to relate to when explaining the hair & makeup look you desire.
Please refer to price list regarding wedding trial price. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Can you service a large group or bridal party?
I can also cater for larger wedding parties as I also have an assistant whom I have trained to my caliber and strict standards.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
For larger Bridal parties, it's all a matter of timing. With time as a friend, I can cater for up to 10 people. If you have a larger group, please contact me directly and we can work together to get all of your wedding party and wedding guests ready in time for your big day.
I offer a 10% discount for parties of 10 or more. If you have any further questions regarding large wedding parties, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Do You Charge a transport fee?
I will be happy to travel to your selected venue for at the agreed time for both your trial and your wedding day.
A fee may be charged for transport for the day of the event for bookings outside
of the Seminyak, Legian areas. e.g. Ulawutu, Nusa Dua. If unsure, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
How do I book with you?
I would advise booking your desired dates for your wedding with James six months in advance. Please contact me directly to secure your day.
Do I need to pay a deposit, and if so how much?
A tentative booking and a 25% deposit will be required upon your request for hair & makeup for both your trial and your wedding day.
Please note: * Rates are quoted in Indonesia Rupiah
• Cancellation – deposit is non refundable
How do I pay my deposit and final balance?
Payment can be made through Bank Transfer – Australian Account, Indonesian Account or through Paypal.
What if I have extra wedding guests that want their hair and makeup done on the day when you arrive and they weren't previously booked?
In most cases, I get to the brides desired venue of choice to prepare any guests, bridal party and the bride extra early. This gives time for set up, work out order of bridal party for hair and makeup and gives extra time for any little 'extra's.' Yes, in most cases, it is possible to fit in the extra guest or guests as long they do not take time away from the bridal party.
Please note: *Any extra guests will be required to pay directly on the day.
Do you only do wedding hair and makeup?
I can cater for all types of "special occasion" Hair and Makeup e.g. Birthday party, Glamour Ball, Fancy Dress Party, Halloween or any occasion. A minimum of 24hrs notice is required for “special occasion” bookings and cannot always be guaranteed at such short notice because of prior wedding day commitments but in the event of James not being present we can guarantee
a senior artist. Booking in advance is preferred via email with a 24hr
response guarantee. Short notice bookings please contact me directly.
