Minimum and maximum number of guests
We do not have a minimum or maximum number of guests we work with. We are happy to cater to each individual client.
What is the style of your decorations?
Glamorous, Vintage, Modern, Indian, Malay, Cultural, Nautical, Romantic, Classic, Tropical
If you have not worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?
We work at all major venues across Perth Metro. We are open to discussing new venues.
Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
What supporting equipment do you provide?
Lighting, Chairs, Stage or dance floor, Tables, Tablecloths and linens, Tableware, Centerpieces, Room or ceiling draping
Do you offer delivery, set up, and breakdown services?
Delivery & Pick up are at an additional cost. Additional fees may apply for midnight collection, difficult access, strict access times and/or Public Holidays.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
We ideally would like clients to contact us a year out from their Event or Wedding Date. However, we do work with clients a week out from their Event or Wedding Date.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Credit card payment, Cash
What is your payment terms?
Generally, we require the following:
1. A deposit, to secure booking.
2. 50% of the remaining balances payable no less than 90 banking days prior to Event/Wedding date.
3. 100% of the remaining ratified balance payable no less than 30 banking days prior to hire date.
Please note, this does vary & depending on each client.
