baliVIP Wedding

When we decided to have our son's wedding in Bali in August 2025, the hunt for a wedding planner started in December 2024. We met 4 planners, 2 of Indian origin and 2 of Indonesian. We finally shortlisted BaliVIP, despite the Indian origin wedding planners having more experience in Indian weddings and knowing the customs better, because in our conversations with Veronika and Casavia (Via) of BaliVIP we found a willingness to be flexible and customize the wedding to it to the way our children had imagined it. The run up to the wedding was about 9 months as we had gone and visited about 12 good hotels in Bali and finally found that the Conrad had the most beautiful venues for an Indian wedding. During this whole process of engaging with BaliVIP over 9 months we went through several iterations and visited them three to four times. It was of course wonderful to be in Bali and meeting their team, at the same time we were a bit nervous since we live in Singapore and the distance added a certain level of complexity. However, when the wedding started all our worries vanished as we saw the BaliVIP team led by Veronika and Via step up and go completely out of their way to ensure that we had the most amazing wedding. What they delivered was above and beyond our expectations, the décor, The logistics and transportation, the rooming, the guest gifts, the fireworks, the music, the lighting, the service of the “Shadows and the overall hospitality! We would like to thank the team at BaliVIP, Veronika, Via, Jennifer, Adhe, Adhe and many other for everything they have done for our family and would like to recommend them super wedding planners for whoever wants to tie the knot next in Bali. Where do we even begin? We cannot thank Veronika, Casavia, and the entire team enough for making our wedding day a dream come true! Being in Australia, we were a little anxious that we couldn't be hands-on with the process, but the team made the process feel quick and easy, and when it came time to deliver, they exceeded all expectations!
