Minimalism and Dried Leaves Combined with Peachy Details - The Wedding of Winsen & Rebeka
by Elior Design

Updated on 29 January 2019, Grand Mercure, Bandung

Minimalism has become a major wedding trend, and let us tell you there is beauty in simplicity. You may think you need loaded centerpieces and layers of linens for your table settings, or overflowing floral chandeliers interspersed with string lighting, but there’s so much to be said for the minimal touch. In a holy matrimony, a minimalist look points the attention right to the bride and groom. As they walk down to the altar, and surrounded by their family and friends. Rather than eliminating details (as the style is often interpreted), a clean look merely makes them intentional. Without the fuss, there is nothing to distract from the elements that do remain, allowing them to stand out as a focal spot and giving them more meaning. We loved something simple but still give the elegant look! The couple wanted to use concrete texture combined with blush pink for their wedding. Concrete may seem a bit cold and stiff but the blush pink details really did a good job balancing it. As requested by the bride, we used dried leaves instead of just all fresh flowers. One of our favorite spot is definitely this Bride & Groom table. We love how the soft color and delicate fabric softened the whole masculine look of grey concrete panels and metal.
