    Event Rentals

    What items are available for rental?
    Cravt has a wide variety range of props and we will help you from preparing to providing all the props you need. Choosing photo props is one thing, but putting them together and creating a one of a kind style is another. Let us help you execute your vision. As a part of our design and styling service, Cravt can help you with establishing theme, selecting colors, styling your outfit, pairing unique props, you name it. This will ensure that your shoot is centered on your personality and that your images remain timeless over the years.
    Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?
    Sure do! Client pick up/drop off is available. Photo props delivery will be determined and noted in the contract. We made all our photo props easy to carry with. We made many modifications especially for our clients so that it won’t take up much space or hard to carry. So it won’t be a problem to take and arrange our props by yourself. But if you want us to come along, we would be happy to. Still a discussion requires to adjust Cravt crews availability. All also, expenses that arises with our joining will be the clients responsibility.
    How much of a deposit is required to reserve my date?
    To reserve a date, time, and items for photos, a 50% deposit is collected along with an agreement, then the remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to your reservation date.
    How far in advance do I need to place my order and or reserve a date?
    You can never book too early! 4-6 weeks is ideal. If you would like to book months in advance, that is fabulous! Items that are not reserved can be booked on a first come, first served basis, so they earlier the better!
    How much does everything cost?
    We make a whole package photo shoot concept. This gives you the opportunity to choose as many items as you would like. Delivery rates will be determined by the distance traveled and the level of set up needed.
    What if during our rental period, accidentally your photo props become damaged or broken?
    In the event that an item is lost, broken or damaged, you will be charged for the repair or retail replacement cost.
    Does what we pay include filling the baloons with helium?
    No, it doesn’t include in the investment. Balloons filled with helium gas usually last less than a day, and need to be inflated on the day of your function. But we would happy to inform you where to get the helium.
    What do we need to do during the rental period?
    Photo props items must be able to be covered and protected if weather arises. We are happy to work with you to reschedule and just want our amazing props to return to us in the same condition it left!
