Her hobby turned into a passion when she designed stationery for her own birthday party. Soon after, Katryn's friends started asking her to design personalized stationery for them. With the help of her friend, Ricadona, she then established Pemberly Paperie in 2010. Thanks to its simple yet elegant designs, Pemberly Paperie quickly won the hearts of countless clients around Jakarta. In 2011, Pemberly Paperie took part in Bazaar Wedding Exhibition 2011, catching the eyes of even more couples wanting to create their own personalized wedding stationery.
Despite her many achievements, Katryn believes that the focus of her business lies on her customers. "It's important for every wedding invitation to be able to convey personal memories and portray each couple's personality. Wedding stationery should not be merely pretty, it should also deliver the couple's heartfelt emotions to their guests," she said.
