BENTEN is a Local Designer Brand owned by Cecilia Yuda and Lisa Daryono that specializes in formal evening dresses and cocktail dresses. It was founded in 2007 in Melbourne out of hobby and passion. What started of a creating dresses out of love, the self taught designers are producing more and more couture dresses to date.
Their signature style is feminine and elegant, with detailed hand couture embroidery and sequins to perfect the dress. Showcased in numerous fashion shows and fashion weeks, BENTEN's craftsmanship is recognized national and internationally.
In 2013, BENTEN created another line called CESA which specializes in little girls' couture dresses and beautiful hair pieces for girls of 0-9 years old. Even though they may be considered a newcomer in the industry, CESA actively participates in fashion festivals and other events to showcase their couture pieces.
