It all began in 2011, when Jason Iskandar and Florence Giovani created Studio Antelope that focused on corporate and commercial work. Along the way, their friends started asking them to shoot pre-wedding and wedding photos as well. At first, Jason and Florence, chose to turn the offers down, as they had a different style compared to what they were doing at the time. However, the constantly growing demand soon spurred them to form Antelope Wedding in 2015 as a sister company of Studio Antelope, bearing the philosophy of "Together we explore".
Based on that philosophy, they crafted a mission to tell every couple's story unpretentiously. To achieve that, they aimed to explore the very best travel destinations in Indonesia and capture the honest emotions of couples intimately, with a casual approach. When finding great places in the country, Antelope Wedding seems to have the upper hand, as they have partnered with many experienced professionals in the travelling industry, such as Yovita Ayu Liwanuru, Miss Scuba Indonesia who hosted Jejak Petualang, also Garry Hartanto and Timoti Tirta, founders of Ascenta Tour and their travel consultants.
With their growing experience in photography, Jason and Florence realized that despite the ever-changing trends, being able to tell every story honestly, without pretention is the most important aspect in taking wedding pictures. As a result, their photos mostly make use of natural lighting, and the moments captured are all about the true love affair between the couple.
