Today's couple met in church, and at first Castella didn't think of getting into a serious relationship with Daniel as they came from different worlds. Castella is a designer and doll maker, while Daniel is a financial consultant. But in the end, she said the differences they have are actually the things that complete them as a couple.
Castella's experience in modeling for various bridal projects made her want to try something different for her own wedding, and surprise her fiancée at the same time. She decided to add a cultural twist to her wedding ceremony by dressing up the whole family and Daniel in traditional Javanese attire. What surprised Castella was how her close friends were also willing to rent kebaya and beskap to come to her wedding ceremony. As a result, their church ceremony became a very unusual and beautiful one.
For the reception, Castella's father requested an international style, and in only two months, the couple managed to prepare their dream wedding perfectly. They chose a rustic theme because they wanted to add a cozy atmosphere to their wedding. Castella even decided to wear white wedge sneakers instead of high heels!
Every piece truly fell into place flawlessly, and the happy couple ended up with a very memorable wedding. Thanks to FirstLightCapture, you can also take part in their happiness by admiring their wedding photos below.
Last but not least, for all brides-to-be out there, Castella advised, "Just focus on the big day and tolerate any unexpected things that might happen. You have to enjoy every second, and most importantly, don't forget to smile when you wake up in the morning until the day ends!"
