Having Bandung as the hometown gives Pepe and Ester a benefit. The couple who both works as an interior designer has always dreamt of having architectural inspirations dominate their prewedding look. The public area of the City of Flowers is filled with many historical and modern constructions which are undoubtedly artistic. Both colonial heritage buildings and minimalist modern spaces became their playground.
For the wardrobe, the lovebirds preferred to wear something casual as if a couple that enjoys a leisure time in nature. They also did not forget to capture one of the city's well-known identity, the rain. Although the drops made the natural lighting fading, Alinea was able to master the lighting consistency. Whether it was sunny or cloudy, every picture has successfully represented the serenity of the city.
Pepe and Ester expressed one unique wish. They did not want to expose romantic poses in front of the camera. In line with the symetrical angle which dominated the photoshoot, the couple's poses were directed to respond to the architectural shapes in the background. Their wedding is set in August, but they have arranged the prewedding shoot at the beginning of the year. " The prewedding should be held months before so that it would not disturb the wedding preparations," the bride and groom-to-be shared their thoughts to couples out there.
