Once again, we're so excited to share this beautiful and intimate affair with you. On the beautiful island of Bali, Jade and Mitchell finally tied the knot in their own dream wedding. With less than 100 guests, the couple showed an abundance of happiness and love toward each other, enjoying each other's presence and the things that they had worked so hard to prepare. The wedding was fittingly decorated with fun nautical elements, while also maintaining a romantic and elegant ambience with the incorporation of pastels shades, including pink and blue. Villa Ombak Biru was already beautiful enough with its modern architecture and stunning views, but that night its vast garden was transformed into an intimate space for the couple's matrimony and reception dinner. The wedding was closed with a giant party that was so fun, the DJ had to stay an hour longer and many guests even missed their bus ride home! Scroll down to see photos of the festivities, captured wonderfully by the talented folks from Terralogical.
I was so happy to see how many of our close friends and family flew over to Bali to celebrate with us. That was the best feeling, to think that they made such a big effort for our sake. The only hiccup we had on that day was when my mum lost my wedding band! Fortunately, everything managed to turn out well. My dad found it in his backpack, and our photographer managed to capture a beautiful moment with my mum and me on the balcony after we found it. The rest of the day was so much fun, Mitch and I woke up the next day wanting to live it all again!
