A Magical Woodland Wedding

Today's couple met seven years ago during a family dinner, but didn't notice each other until their second meeting in 2015. Ivan initiated the conversation and finally asked Viona out to lunch. What Viona thought was a work-related lunch turned into hours and hours of talking, and eventually a second date. From then on, it was history.

Their wedding in Grand Hyatt Jakarta is a spectacular one, as they decided to bring the outdoors in. With the help of Kenisha WO and Royal Design Indonesia, the grand balroom was transformed into a forest with trees, branches and a lot of greeneries. Twinkling lights also helped to create a magical atmosphere while the black floor and walls only added to the moment's authenticity. It was nothing less than extravagant.

Such a beautiful wedding was the perfect fit for this beautiful couple. "They understand their purpose in life. Whatever they do, they always remind each other of the value they hold. Up until now, they are each other's complementary and both are growing as an individual as well as a couple," said the photographer of Iluminen. It was convenient that their quirks matched too! "We love to browse weird stuff while relaxing at home. As work has already kept us so busy, we try to get as much leisure time when we're at the house," Viona explained. She then said, "Do you know that chupacabras was first seen back in 1995 in Puerto Rico?"
