Solemnization @ One Degree 15
by Awesome Memories Photography

Updated on 21 November 2017, One Degree 15

How nice it is to get married exactly 9 years from the day of getting together. Getting married on a significant date of a relationship is really meaningful, regardless of whether it is a weekday or a weekend. And that was exactly what Wei Lun and Jane decided to do, holding a cosy solemnization ceremony and dinner for relatives and close friends on a lovely Thursday evening. To spruce up the venue, Wei Lun & Jane engaged the services of Ereen Toh from Moments by Stirring Hearts who put together a Travel theme in the colour palette of blue and grey, while maintaining a clean look overall. To bring this look together, Ereen specially curated props such as the vintage English blue suitcase, handmade their very own hot air balloon filled with hydrangeas, and folded paper windmills and large airplane in the requested colours. Using the large wooden frame, guests could also take a visual journey of the couple's travel footprints all over the world. The ombre backdrop also helped to bring out the colours while maintaining a clean look. Adding to the entire setup was our pre-wedding album. It’s always nice to see our own photos laid out in an album. :)
